I believe beauty spaces have the power to become something much deeper than surface-level transformation. For me, the salon has always represented comfort, safety, self-expression, and connection. Even when I was young, I naturally gravitated toward creativity, personal style, and helping the people around me feel more confident in themselves. Looking back now, this industry feels less like a career choice and more like exactly where I was meant to be.
What inspires me most about Baby Angel Salon is the people within it - both the guests who trust us and the artists who bring the space to life every day. I care deeply about building an environment where people feel welcomed, respected, and supported as they are. Whether someone walks through our doors looking for transformation, reassurance, creativity, or simply a moment to breathe, I want them to feel like they belong here.
As an owner, one of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been mentoring the next generation of stylists and watching people grow into their confidence, talent, and individuality. I believe success in this industry should be sustainable, fulfilling, and rooted in genuine care for one another, not competition.
What I’ve learned over the years is that guests often share parts of themselves with their stylist that they may not share anywhere else. There’s an intimacy and trust in that relationship that I never take for granted. That’s why my vision for Baby Angel Salon has always been about more than beautiful hair. It’s about creating a space where people feel understood, empowered, and able to fully show up as themselves.
