Baby Angel Associates
At Baby Angel Salon, we believe the beginning of your career should feel inspiring — not overwhelming. Our Associate Program is designed for newly licensed cosmetologists who are ready to grow their skills, build confidence behind the chair, and develop a career with real momentum.
This is a hands-on, full-time, paid training experience built around mentorship, education, and individuality. Associates work closely alongside experienced stylists and educators, receiving personalized guidance in everything from technical execution to guest experience, communication, consultation, and long-term career development.
We believe great stylists aren’t rushed into success — they’re supported into it.

Experienced & Independent Stylists
